What is the design studio?

The design studio is a place to easily fill out information regarding your product creation including text, colors, images, etc.

Does it cost anything to use the design studio?

No. The design studio is FREE. There is no obligation to buy anything. Just enter the information on the design studio form and submit it. In 3 business days, we will e-mail you a hyperlink to your product creation. At that time, you can purchase the product, e-mail us any changes, or decide not to purchase the product.

How do I upload a graphic onto my product?

In the design studio, click on the browse button and a new window will open that will let you search your system for the graphic you want to use. Remember to select "All files *.*" from the file type drop down menu.

What pictures can I use on my product?

In short, any non-copyrighted material.  The reproduction of copyrighted, trademarked, and other proprietary materials without the written permission of the holder of the copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights is prohibited by federal law. Any professional or third party photographs may be copyrighted. The same is true of any words in printed materials and artwork or images having a copyright or trademark.

By submitting pictures to BTM Creations, you represent that you possess the legal rights to reproduce the materials you submit to BTM Creations and agree to hold BTM Creations, totally unaccountable for any damages and cost arising from the reproduction of your materials, in accordance with your order.

What graphic formats are accepted?

The best graphic format to use is a high resolution TIF. We will print your graphic at the highest resolution possible. However, if you supply us with a low-resolution graphic, the graphic will print at the same resolution. Other formats we support:

JPEG, TGA, BMP, GIF, PCX, WMF, PNG, EPS

How many colors can there be in my image?

Up to 16.7 million, providing near photo-quality results.

How do I know how my graphic will print?

The graphics that you see on screen are for proofing and positioning only. Your entire design will be printed in a high-quality printer. The only exception to this is a "low-resolution" graphic. If you have scanned your image at 300 or more dots per inch (DPI), then it should print clearly.  Also note that due to different monitor calibrations, there may be a slight variance in the the color viewed on screen and the printed product.

Can I print on both sides of my product?

Two-sided printing is offered on shirts and clipboards.
