How do your products differ from the others I have seen?

Our products have three major differences from others you might have seen:

  1. "Personalized" for most other companies means just placing your entire photo on a product. We digitally "cut out" the focus of the picture, place it on the template and add names, phrases, etc. at no extra charge.
  2. The process we use combines the image with the product. Others use transfer paper that lays on top of the product. This causes a "crusty" film that cracks and peels over time.
  3. The film used on other products causes the colors of the images to appear faded. Since we do not use this film, the colors on our products are brilliant and long lasting.
How many colors can there be in my image?

Up to 16.7 million, providing near photo-quality results.

Do you charge more for each color added to the image?

No.  Unlike screen printing, our printing process allows you to use full-color images without increasing the cost.

Most transfers start fading after a few washes.  Do yours?

No.  Since the dyes become one with the fabric, the shirts can be washed time after time without cracking or fading.

Why should I buy from you when I can print my own T-Shirt transfers?

Your transfer paper leaves a "crusty" feel because it is applied on top of the fabric.  Our process eliminates this with dyes that permeate the fabric and become part of the product.

How does the image become part of the product?

The process used is called sublimation. Sublimation refers to the process by which solids are transformed directly from a solid to a gas, bypassing the liquid state. Our printing process transfers dyes to paper. During the actual transfer process, the product receiving the transfer, made of polyester or having a polymer coating, is heated to a temperature at which the molecular strands of the product expand. While the product is in this state, the dyes in the image are released.  The dyes, in a gaseous state, enter the openings in the expanded strands of the product.  When the product cools, the strands return to their original form, "locking in" the dyes from the image. This process creates colorful, durable, long lasting images on every product.
