How do I place an order?

After your product has been designed, we will e-mail you a notification including a hyperlink to view your custom product. From this page, you may choose to purchase your product by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.  This will take you to the product order page where you can change the quantity ordered, enter shipping and payment information and complete the order process.

What if I want to order different sizes of the same product?

After placing the order for one size of the appropriate quantity, click "continue shopping" and repeat the process for each additional size. Once all sizes have been selected, choose checkout to finalize your order.

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we begin working on your product for timely completion. There is a small window of opportunity to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. This timeline can vary, so please do not rely on this option.

How do I know if an order has been placed?

As soon as you place an order, you will see a screen that says "Your order has been placed." You will also be sent an e-mail confirmation confirming your order has been received. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, then we did not receive your order.

How long will it take to print my order?

Once we receive your order, your items will be printed in 3 to 7 business days. We then ship your order via the chosen shipping method.
