How long will it take to ship my order?

Once we receive your order, your items will be printed in 3 to 7 business days. We then ship your order via the chosen shipping method.

What shipping options do you offer and how long will it take?

We use Federal Express to ship all our orders. Shipping options include:

Ground (5-7 business days)
Express service (3-5 business days)
2-day (2 business days)
Next day (next business day)

Do you ship orders internationally?

No, we do not ship any orders outside of the United States.

Do my shipping and billing addresses need to be the same?

No. Since many customers send our products as gifts, we allow these to differ. If paying by credit card, the billing address you enter needs to exactly match the address the credit card statement is sent to.

Can I ship multiple items in my order to different addresses?

Each order can be shipped to one address. If you want items shipped separately, please create separate orders for these items.

Why is my phone number required?

There are a couple reasons. First, it is the fastest way to contact you regarding your order. Second, our shipper (Federal Express) requires a phone number in case there is a problem with the delivery of your order. Please remember that we do not sell your information to third parties.
