Here's
how it works.
Choose the beginning and ending date of your online fundraising store.
You can choose to be open from 2 weeks to 6 months. It all depends on your fundraising needs. Most people choose one month for their store to remain open. Please allow 5 business days for us to prepare your online store. We will e-mail you when your store is open for
business.
Choose the method in which
products are shipped to your supporters. There are 2 to choose from:
1. Individual order shipping to each
customer
2. One shipment of all products ordered to the team leader
The main difference between the
two options is the amount of time you will spend
distributing the fundraising orders and the time it takes
for your supporters to receive their products.
With individual orders, we
ship each order directly to the purchaser. There will be a flat FedEx ground rate of $5 per order charged. Each order will be shipped 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed. This
option allows the team members, family, and friends to enjoy their custom team products
quickly and leaves you the time to coach your team, instead
of dealing with the distribution of the products.
With one shipment of all products, we ship all products ordered to the team leader
two weeks after the fundraiser is over. There is a flat $10 FedEx ground rate charged for shipping. The team leader will then distribute
the products to the team members.
The choice is yours. Whatever works best for
you.
We will also help you
spread the word about your online fundraising store to team members, family, and
friends. Once we receive your completed fundraiser store form, we will e-mail you when your store is open for business. Along with the e-mail, we will attach
a custom sales flyer for you to print and
distribute. The flyer can then be copied and handed out by your team members to their family and friends. The flyer will include the team name and web address for people
to order your custom team products. It will also include the time period and reason for your fundraiser. Click

Your store opens for
business. Once your fundraiser store is open, your
supporters can purchase your custom team products for the time period you
specified.

You get the money.
The next thing you will receive from us is a check. If
you chose to have the products sent individually to each
customer, we handle everything for you. Each
purchaser's order will be shipped 3 to 7 business days from
the date of the order. Two weeks after the end of the
fundraiser, we will send you a check for for 20% of all sales from your online fundraising
store.
If you chose to have all the
products delivered as one shipment at then end of the
fundraiser, we will ship them to you two weeks after the end
of your fundraiser. Included with the shipment will be
your check for 20% of all sales from your online fundraising
store (less the $10 FedEx ground rate charged for
shipping).
Use
your own team logo.
Just
upload your team logo using the fundraiser store form and we can include it on all of our
products. Your logo replaces the ball graphic
and text shown in the samples above. Here is a

The
quality of your team logo on our products is directly
related to the quality of the image you provide
us. We suggest using a high quality .TIF or .BMP
image that measures at least 600 x 600 pixels.
This will provide a high quality printed logo.
JPG images can be used; however, due to their high
compression, the quality will not be as good as a .TIF
or .BMP.

form. We will send you an e-mail within 5 business days letting you know your online store is complete and will be ready for business for the dates you selected.
Your custom sales flyer will be attached to the e-mail for
you to print, copy, and distribute to your team members, family, and friends.
